Is teeth whitening safe?

Teeth whitening is a simple and safe way to brighten your smile. Dr. Loftus offers two ways to whiten. In-office whitening takes about an hour in our Allen office. Our at-home beaching lets you conveniently lighten teeth in daily sessions at home or during your commute. Depending upon your situation and the causes of your dental discoloration, we'll determine which system would benefit you the most.

Since the 18th century, people have used teeth whitening products to lighten their smiles. Modern choices are strong, efficient, effective, and safe. Some patients may experience slight dental sensitivity after a whitening session, but it subsides quickly. Take an ibuprofen before your session if sensitivity is a concern.

Do you accept my insurance?

We’re a provider with Delta Dental, and we file out-of-network claims for other providers. All you have to do is present your insurance card at your visit. If your carrier allows you to choose your dentist, we'll take care of the rest. Your co-pay or deductible is due at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance questions, don’t hesitate to call us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Third-party financing is available through CareCredit. Call if you have questions or to schedule an appointment.
